The weather is looking perfect for our stewardship workday tomorrow (3/12/24) on the interurban bike trail! We would love your help with invasive species removal. Meet at the Hazel Dell parking lot off of south 2nd Street at 10:00 a.m. All equipment will be provided, except gloves and boots, which are recommended. There is plenty of parking in the lot…or…

Thanks to a grant from the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation with additional funding from the Melvin Wing Charitable Trust, the Friends of the Sangamon Valley now owns a truck! Thanks to these two entities for helping with this very important and helpful acquisition!
