Dick Poynter’s Passing

We are heartbroken to share the news that FOSV’s President Dick Poynter has passed away. Dick was a great leader and conservationist, but more importantly he was a genuinely good man – friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, hardworking, and always quick to offer a cold beer when the job was done. The FOSV was better for having him around, and we’re sure the same is true for every group he helped and every person he knew. Dick will be missed.
